At DOMA Coffee, we want you to love your brew, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges on non-perishable items within 30 days. Due to its perishable nature, roasted coffee cannot be returned, but please reach out if there is an issue with your order so we can make it right.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unused equipment or merchandise in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Once approved, attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
After we inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
